[007] Xan’s Party Update

Time to update about Xan’s party!!

it was loads of fun! we got a tent & some fans so the adults could chill out while the kids played in the pool,and with water guns..xan had a blast!! he didn’t go to bed until after midnight!! lol

here are a few picturesss more on my flickr tho :)

[006] Countdown to Xan’s Party!!

Xan’s party is in 11hrs+ so heres my check list

Birthday Party to do list:
Rent Party Tent from Base Rec Center - in laws reserved it for the weekend $18
Get Big fan from Christie’s
Get white Party tables from Christie’s
Buy 30 Hamburgers and buns
Buy 30 Hot Dogs and buns
Buy 2 Water-melons (one for adults w/ some vodka & one for the kids)
Buy med size bottle of Vodka for adult water-melon
Buy 4 Large Bags Chips
Buy throw away plates & utensils
Clean out kiddie pool & relocate it
Relocate Seating & burn love seat
Set up tent
put drinks on ice
Possibly Rent Large Bounce around $50/day All rented out so Water Gun Fight!
Pick up Thomas the Train Cupcake Cake at 12 from walmart
Pick up Xan’s Balloons he won
